Drawing the American flag

Develop a DrScheme program, using the classes in the MrEd graphical toolbox, that draws and displays an image of the American flag in a separate on-screen window. The image should be closely similar in appearance to this one and should conform to the description given in President Eisenhower's executive order of August 21, 1959, which specifies the relative proportions of various components of the flag:

If you prefer, you may write a program that draws the flag of your own home state or native country, provided that you can find an authoritative description of it. (If you take this option, you should include in your program a bibliographical reference to your source of information.)
