Preliminaries

We will meet again Tuesday for lunch at Edi's Edibles.

Reports

Sarah

She was working on adding annotation tags where needed. The approximate string matching algorithm is completely implemented.

Goals: Continue working on adding the annotation tags, getting the headers/numbers from a file and writing new headers/numbers to the file.

Hilary

She has three CGI scripts. One adds the buttons for current annotations and one to add new annotations. When you click to add an annotation, it calls another script that brings a pop-up window to add the annotation. After you are done, it calls a third CGI which adds files.

Goals: Finish the third script. Think about how we want the headers to appear.

Raphen

He is having problems with Java. If you double click on multiple things in a list, it has thinks it changed state once, when it actually did twice. The background color of the menu color takes the bgcolor of the background. He fixed that.

All the user logs can be displayed.

Goals: finish fixing the problems with Java

Kevin

He is working on the sys-admin page. It has add group, remove group, stop session and active session. It displays a list of users in the group.

Goals: list of groups, real administrator is the only one who can change users info, group administrators can add/remove users

For Tuesday bring a list of scenarios for different users/groups.
