About the End-of-Course Forms

As I conclude each course, I try to survey my students on the course to learn more about how my teaching helped or hindered your learning. By filling out these forms, you benefit future students and also give yourself the opportunity to let me know how you felt about the course.

This semester you will be filling out three different surveys. I apologize, but the current status of evaluation at Grinnell is in flux, and we need three forms for three different purposes.

I will not read the various forms until after I have turned in the grades for this course.

I would be happy to answer any questions you have about these forms, their purposes, and these procedures.
