• By the way, how long did that assignment take you?
• Today's brown-bag lunch is by Gordon Bell (a noted computer scientist) and is on Mapping the Internet.
• So, did anyone come up with an iterative logarithmic exponentiation function? It is/was a difficult problem.
• We're going to deviate from the syllabus a little bit. I wasn't very happy with your designs for assignment 4, so we'll spend much of today going over a sample design.
  • Because of the design problems, I've changed the due date for assignment 4.
