Special Outline for Week 5

As most of you know, I am out of town this week on a family emergency. Because I am out of town, I cannot update the link to the current outline. This is a summary of the week to help you with the work. It also has links to the daily classes.

Notes:

• I'm not sure whether or not I'll be able to get exam 1 back to you before I leave.
• I will not have an answer key ready until I return.
• Thursday's CS brown bag lunch is likely to be fun. The topic is Function Level Programming and the FL Language by John Backus.
• I was planning to give you a third programming assignment having to do with graphical user interfaces. However, I think you need a week of less stress. I'd encourage you to play with GUIs, but will not require you to do so.
• You do have to work on phase 2 of the project.
